Introduction

Thank you for your interest in TCG Warehouse Club (TCGWC)!

My name is John — also known as Heifinator — and I’m the founder of TCGWC.

As a longtime TCG collector, investor, and business owner, I spent years trying to gain access to true distributor-level pricing. Since I wasn’t interested in opening a traditional brick-and-mortar store, this access remained out of reach for a long time. After a great deal of persistence, I was finally able to establish strong relationships with reputable distributors.

Initially, I shared this access with close friends and family, allowing us to pool our buying power and secure better pricing and allocations. However, it soon became clear that consistent access to high-demand TCG products required a retail presence — so we opened a store. With that foundation in place, we expanded the wholesale program on an invite-only basis.

Today, TCGWC has grown into a multi-faceted TCG business that includes:

  • A wholesale distribution program

  • A physical retail storefront

  • A thriving e-commerce operation

One of the core values of our wholesale program is transparency. TCGWC does not profit from product markups within the program. Outside of the monthly membership fee, any additional markups or fees are solely used to cover the operating costs of maintaining the program.

Below, you’ll find an overview of how the club works and how to place orders through TCGWC.

Purchasing from distributors often requires quick action and fast decision-making. To facilitate rapid communication, we use Discord — a free communication app — to stay connected with our members. Discord allows us to quickly share updates, product availability, and important announcements in a way that’s much faster and more agile than traditional email.

Product Availability

The year 2025 has brought unprecedented demand for TCG products, leading to significant shortages across the market—especially for Pokémon EN. Both retailers and distributors are facing supply challenges, and as transparency is a core value of this program, we want to set clear expectations for our members.

New members should be prepared to exercise patience when attempting to purchase distributor-priced products, particularly those subject to allocation. Any product where demand exceeds supply will typically be allocated.

Specifically Pokemon EN products are basically completely unavailable outside of allocation. Allocation is done based on previous spend on that product line so as you can imagine, that makes building spend hard when nothing ins available. We want to set reasonable expectations and part of that is making sure all prospective members understand that they're looking at months of waiting before they'll see significant Pokemon allocations.

On TCGWC, products will generally fall into one of the following three availability classes:

These products are in stock and can ship immediately. No restriction on quantity.
These products are pre-order only but not something TCGWC plans to stock, as such payment is due in full for regular pre-orders. Any non-allocated quantities from the distributor will be refunded.
These products have the highest level of demand and you are highly unlikely to receive 100% of what you requested. We will not bill you for these until allocations are completed.

Allocations

When you place a pre-order for a product, your order is grouped with all other TCGWC orders for that specific SKU. Once the distributor informs us of our confirmed allocation, we often receive significantly less than the total quantity ordered by our members. As a result, we must fairly divide the available product among all eligible accounts.

 

This allocation process mirrors the one our distributor uses when allocating products to TCGWC. We simply apply the same approach downstream to our members. While the allocation system involves several factors, the most influential is your total product line spend over the past six months.

For example, if TCGWC members collectively spend $250,000 on Pokémon products over a six-month period, and your individual spend during that time is $2,500, you represent approximately 1% of the total spend. Based on that share, you could expect to receive around 1% of any allocated product.

So, if we receive an allocation of 200 Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs), your share would likely be about 2 units.

 

While this isn’t an exact formula, real-world allocations tend to follow this model closely.

Payment and Fees

For all orders payments must be made via ACH or Credit Card. The fee structure for both are as follows:

  • ACH - 0.8% up to a maximum of $5.00
  • Credit Cards - 3%

Order Fulfillment

Orders under $500 are batched for fulfillment, which typically results in longer processing times from the distributor. For high-demand products, this delay can increase the risk of your order being canceled due to stock selling out. To maximize your chances of successful fulfillment, we strongly recommend placing orders of $500 or more.

 

Our primary distributors process and ship orders quickly—typically within 2 business days of execution. While delivery timelines can vary based on several factors, most members receive their orders within 2 weeks of placing them.

Shipping Insurance

You can elect to add TCGWC shipping insurance to your order. We strongly encourage all members to use this service. If the order is lost in shipping from TCGWC to your address or is damaged, we will refund the entire order. This service costs 1% of the order total. 

While we do our best to ensure a smooth shipping process, if you decline TCGWC shipping insurance, we take no responsibility for the package being lost or its condition upon delivery beyond the standard $100 insurance included for free.

Membership

At TCGWC, all markups or fees associated with ordering products are solely intended to cover operational costs. Our revenue model is based entirely on membership fees—ensuring members get the best possible pricing on products. This approach is similar to wholesale membership models used by companies like Costco or Sam’s Club.

Risk-Free Membership

Memberships are fully refundable for 7 days or until your first order is placed—whichever comes first—giving you a risk-free opportunity to explore the platform.

Access via Referral or Waitlist

To join TCGWC, a referral from an existing member is required. If you don't have a referral, you're welcome to submit a waitlist application. As spots open up, we carefully review applications and reach out to qualified candidates who align with our values and goals.

Protecting Member Value

TCGWC operates as a curated, semi-closed community. We prioritize the interests of existing members by safeguarding allocation share and product access. That said, when we see opportunities to improve allocations, negotiate better pricing, or increase product availability through stronger collective buying power, we do open the door to new members.

* Pro members are billed $20 order processing fee for each $1,000 per subscription period beyond $20,000.

Referrals

TCGWC is a private club—we do not advertise. All new members join through referrals from existing members or by applying via our waitlist.

Referral Rewards

Members who refer someone that successfully joins and maintains an active membership will earn $5 for each month that referral remains subscribed. These rewards are automatically credited to your portal account.

Portal

TCGWC has a custom build order portal designed specifically for the needs of this program. 

This was launched in April of 2025, as of May 4th 2025 we are still working on a tutorial video for the portal.  In the meantime please ask any questions about the ordering portal on our discord in the #portal channel.
